Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

After inspection and approval of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
